For more than 35 years, ^BIBKO® has been one of the leading manufacturers of systems for the recycling of mineral raw materials. The combination of sophisticated engineering and proven technologies results in economical solutions for our customers. In addition to recycling systems for mineral raw materials, the product portfolio also includes systems for the treatment of process water. The systems are developed, designed and produced at the Beilstein site. They are sold worldwide.

BIBKO recycling systems represent an integrated recycling solution consisting of up to 4 process stages:

• Process stage 1 - material feeding: hopper/ feed hopper/ dosing buffer
• Process stage 2 - material recycling: 1-chamber/ 2-chamber systems
• Process stage 3 - fines separation: Fines separator
• Process stage 4 - process water recycling: chamber filter press/ centrifuge

Objective

The following objectives are pursued with the recycling systems:

• Volume reduction
• Separation of mineral components >60 µm
• Washing/recycling of mineral components >60 µm
• Separation of the solid/liquid phase
• Separation of the solids ≤60 µm (solid)

This produces the following material streams:

• Mineral components >60...250 µm: Suitability-tested building material (secondary raw material)
• Mineral components ≤60 µm: Disposal
• Centrate: Use in the recycling process
