Information
Our passion is to ensure clean air in industry with innovative filter technology and sustainable extraction solutions. Industrial machining processes generate air pollutants that must be reliably extracted and filtered. This not only serves to protect buildings and machinery, but also the health and satisfaction of employees. We are a leading supplier of extraction systems and filter technology with a focus on innovation and sustainability. We live by our company slogan "Setting the standard for clean air"
Services
Dry separator for highly effective, energy-efficient separation of fine dusts
The VARIO eco filters fine, free-flowing dusts from various applications, achieving a very high degree of separation with low energy input.
Best filter performance with lowest energy consumption
The VARIO eco is optimized in terms of energy consumption. Result: Low filter resistance, use of efficient fans and reduced compressed air consumption of filter cleaning. The high filtration efficiency allows clean air to be returned to the work area.

Wet separator for combustible, explosive, moist and sticky dusts
The Venturi wet separator series is predestined for separating all those dusts that cannot be separated with a dry separator, or only with difficulty. This type of extraction technology is particularly suitable for sticky dusts and moist gases.
Wet separators work on the Venturi principle and are used in almost all industries and applications, including polishing and grinding. Venturi wet separators are extraction systems also known as wet scrubbers or gas scrubbers.
The extraction technique goes like this: a gas stream is brought into contact with a liquid stream to absorb components of the gas stream in the liquid. The components of the gas stream that pass over can be solids, liquids, or gases. Pure liquid, i.e. water, is used as the scrubbing liquid.
Keller wet scrubbers ensure clean air during grinding, blasting and polishing, as well as in foundries and in the chemical and plastics industries, among others.
Wet separators can be the better option
Venturi wet separators are used when other extraction systems, such as dry separators, are unsuccessful or difficult to achieve.
While the collection efficiency is often higher with dry separators, wet separation is the safer and more reliable option for combustible, moist or sticky dusts, such as those generated during polishing or blasting.
The extraction systems are available in 5 types of units with different disposal systems

Emulsion and oil mist separators for the process emissions of metalworking, such as drilling, turning, milling, grinding
The increase in highly productive manufacturing processes leads to a considerable increase in raw gas loading by aerosols (mists, fumes and particles). This development calls for new solutions for machine exhaust systems. The high-performance AERO® and ENA aerosol separators are developed and designed to meet the most stringent requirements and ensure reliable extraction of emulsion and oil mists.

Electrostatic precipitator eLine for efficient separation of sticky, highly viscous aerosols
The eLine electrostatic precipitator is a specialist for sticky aerosols, such as those produced during die casting.
Maximum 24/7 availability thanks to integrated cleaning technology
The automated flushing system relieves the operator to a large extent of tiresome cleaning work and enables virtually uninterrupted 24/7 availability.
A modular concept with 3 sizes
The eLine electrostatic precipitator is designed as a flexible and scalable high-performance module. Modularization enables centralized separation systems with common functions. For uninterrupted 24/7 operation, an additional module can be used to bridge the cleaning cycle.

Exhaust system maintenance
Maintenance ensures plant availability
Regular maintenance and support of extraction systems ensures high system availability and thus a smooth production process. In addition, the service life of the filters and the entire extraction system is extended.
Regular inspection by specialists
After commissioning, ventilation systems must be checked for proper functioning at regular intervals, but at least once a year, in accordance with DGUV 109-002 and the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health and the Ordinance on Hazardous Substances. These inspections must be carried out and documented by persons qualified to do so. The specialists at Keller Service meet these requirements for testing and will be happy to assist you with the inspection and maintenance of your extraction systems.
Maintenance and service for third-party systems
Whether purchased from Keller or not, Keller will ensure that all your extraction systems are optimally maintained. We already have a large number of extraction systems from various manufacturers in our regular maintenance scope. As a result, we are constantly expanding our experience and the know-how of our service technicians. If required, we would be pleased to offer you a non-binding consultation in this regard.
We are your reliable and competent partner for maintenance service and repair!
