The DRAINFIX CLEAN filter substrate channel is a smart drainage solution that collects, filters, and discharges stormwater. The system consists of the CARBOTEC 100 filter substrate and a drainage channel with a drainage pipe. Depending on the type of load, various FASERFIX or RECYFIX variants can be used. The DRAINFIX BLOC 300 infiltration trench is suitable for the infiltration and retention of large volumes of precipitation and can withstand high traffic loads of up to 60 metric tons (SLW 60). Therefore, the system is particularly well-suited for use beneath trafficked areas such as commercial zones, industrial areas, and private properties. The geotextile lining prevents dirt or soil particles from being washed in. This ensures that the DRAINFIX BLOC 300 elements maintain their full infiltration capacity.

The STEELFIX REGULAR closed-box gutter ensures reliable and safe facade drainage. This robust and corrosion-resistant drainage system is ideal for small dimensions and low installation heights. It can therefore be used for facade drainage in compliance with all current standards and guidelines for accessible construction (DIN 18040, FLL regulations, and DIN 18533). The wide range of cover options made of plastic, galvanized steel, stainless steel, or cast iron offers maximum design flexibility.

RECYFIX PRO channels feature a modern and unique design. Thanks to their wide range of cover options, they are particularly well-suited for visually appealing public and commercial areas. A holistic approach combined with personalized consulting

The expansion of the open spaces on the fashion logistics center’s approximately 8.6-hectare property took place in two construction phases over several years. The first construction phase consisted of three warehouse sections, which were completed in 2015. The second construction phase, which also comprised three warehouses, was completed in 2020.
