SCHAFFSCH GmbH is an IT and automation partner for SMEs based in Mannheim. Why GreenTech? A functioning circular economy needs verifiability - and verifiability needs clean data. Recycling quotas, waste balances, material flow records and ESG reporting remain fiction as long as they are based on Excel lists, shouting and paper. This is exactly where we come in: We provide the digital infrastructure that makes the cycle measurable - and thus closable - and turns ESG key figures from a special date into a by-product of day-to-day business.
What we do:
- On the waste management company side, we digitize the core operational processes - from waste classification according to AVV to invoicing and OPOS to automated waste balances.
- Manual individual case processing becomes structured, comparable and auditable data flows.
- With our own digital tools such as our AVV directory & converter, the construction site setup plan and the open source WasteIcons, we provide the standardized data basis that makes continuous material flow transparency possible in the first place.
- On the construction and renovation industry side, we close the loop at the point of origin: correct collection and separation of construction and demolition waste directly at the source, integrated into the construction processes.

We build industry-specific digital operating systems - ERP architectures, specialist applications and industry SaaS for waste disposal companies, recyclers, construction companies and manufacturers of environmental technology software. From the requirements workshop to sprint implementation and clean handover.
Automation & AI
Workflow automation with Make.com, n8n and Airtable. AI-supported classification and data extraction - e.g. for the assignment of waste codes according to AVV, the preparation of supplier documents, SEPA-XML workflows, OPOS automation & dunning and the automated creation of waste balances and ESG key figures.
Training & competence building
Empowerment before dependency. We build systems so that the team can operate them themselves - including training, documentation and coaching. Own "Business Automation Manager" curriculum in cooperation with the Edura Academy.
