CibusCell combines energy-economic, technical, and operational requirements into a unified optimization framework. This enables existing facilities to be operated more efficiently, energy costs to be reduced, and renewable energy to be utilized more effectively.

On behalf of Open Grid Europe, CibusCell is supporting the digitization and optimization of a hydrogen production plant in Krummhörn. Among other things, this involves integrating energy generation, electricity procurement, hydrogen production, and technical operating data.

CibusCell develops forecasts and optimized operating schedules to run the plant more economically and efficiently. In addition, data from various systems is integrated and made available for operational management and business optimization.

CibusCell is supporting Freiburg’s Waste Management and City Cleaning Department in the digital transformation of a complex energy system that includes hydrogen production, a refueling station, compaction, storage, and a renewable energy supply.

The platform provides transparency regarding plant status, energy flows, and operational processes. The goal is to intelligently connect existing systems, identify opportunities for optimization, and support cost-effective and reliable operations.
