In 1962, the world’s first protective filter was introduced to the market—by JUDO. Since then, we have continuously improved drinking water filtration in terms of functionality, quality, and ease of use. The result is products that incorporate not only decades of experience but also a great deal of cutting-edge technology.
Filters remove impurities and prevent corrosion and damage to faucets. The so-called backflush protective filters make this particularly easy for you. You don’t have to go through the hassle of replacing your filter element when it gets dirty. Instead, it’s simply cleaned with clean water by reversing the water flow. This saves time and, in the long run, a lot of money. This process, too, is a JUDO invention.
Filter cleaning, taken to the next level: In the protection filters of the germ protection class, three nozzle jet tubes perform the backflushing. They operate with high pressure at specific points, thereby achieving unmatched cleaning performance. At the same time, they clean the sight glass. The water supply is not interrupted during the flushing process. Dirt becomes clearly visible in the strainer insert and can be removed efficiently. This is made possible by intelligent sensor and control technology. The i-guard sensor monitors the raw water quality and transmits the data to the i-matic. The control system automatically adjusts the system settings according to the homeowner’s preferences.
