In the plastics industry, ARBURG is a pioneer in the areas of energy and production efficiency, digitalization, and sustainability. The “arburgXworld” program encompasses all digital products and services and is also the name of the customer portal. Strategies for resource efficiency and the circular economy, along with all related aspects and activities, are consolidated in the “arburgGREENworld” program.
ARBURG’s primary goal is to enable customers to manufacture their plastic products—from individual parts to large-scale production runs—with optimal quality, in a resource-efficient and sustainable manner, and at minimal unit costs. Target groups include, for example, the automotive and packaging industries, communications and consumer electronics, medical technology, and the white goods sector.
First-class on-site customer support is guaranteed by the international sales and service network: ARBURG has its own organizations in 27 countries at 37 locations and, together with distribution partners, is represented in over 100 countries. Production takes place at the company’s German headquarters in Lossburg. Of the approximately 3,400 employees, around 2,800 are based in Germany and approximately 600 work at ARBURG’s global locations.
The family-owned company is now managed by the third generation and achieved consolidated revenue of approximately 576 million euros in 2025.

All ALLROUNDER injection molding machines can be automated. From the INTEGRALPICKER to MULTILIFT linear robot systems and six-axis robots (KUKA, YASKAWA).
GESTICA and GESTICA lite Machine Control Systems
The GESTICA and GESTICA lite control systems are intuitive to use. The GESTICA lite version also features a clear, well-organized dashboard that provides everything needed for day-to-day work. And all of this is intelligently and actively supported by assistance functions.
ARBURG Master Computer System (ALS)
The ARBURG Master Computer System (ALS) is a modular production management tool and a powerful information hub. The ALS Manufacturing Execution System (MES) enables efficient planning and control of the entire plastic parts manufacturing process.

Optimize processes and boost efficiency: The arburgXworld customer portal provides access to a wide range of digital apps and features that make day-to-day work easier. It offers functions for transparent data management and facilitates the integration of machines and processes throughout the entire value chain.
Turnkey Projects
