BEHtec has developed and manufactured a pop-up roof for camper vans using lightweight natural fiber materials. With this, we are demonstrating that sustainable materials are not only environmentally sound but also technically advanced.

The roof replaces conventional solutions made of glass-fiber-reinforced plastic (GFRP) with a natural-fiber composite that is lighter, recyclable, and produces significantly fewer emissions during manufacturing. Thanks to our patented impregnation process, we achieve high dimensional stability, weather resistance, and excellent surface quality—ideal for demanding outdoor applications.
