From the outset, customers receive the necessary advice free of charge to concretize their inquiry for the desired property. Based on initial property-related information and the customer's specific wishes and interests, an initial feasibility study and site analysis can be carried out on request, followed by detailed planning and the preparation of an offer. As soon as the necessary understanding of the challenging topic has been built up and an option for action is available as a basis, the implementation of the physical charging infrastructure can begin as a result of a resolution (at the ETV of a WEG) or from the direct commissioning of a company.

After the official commissioning of a detailed concept for a demand-oriented and individually tailored charging solution for electric cars, the operational implementation is carried out by qualified specialist electrical companies and electricians as partners. All of the necessary components, accessories and subsequently preconfigured charging stations are provided by Chargetic for implementation in order to quickly realize the charging concept planned in detail.

After successful implementation and installation of the physical charging infrastructure, the charging stations are configured, integrated into the Lademeister software backend developed in-house and, after successful activation, operated permanently and billed on a monthly basis. The customer and end user is given access to their own user portal to view their own charging processes and the billing of electricity consumption.

As a full-service provider for intelligent charging solutions along all areas of the value chain, we offer our private and business customers the entirety of the necessary hardware, software and service modules, building on each other and interlocking to realize an integrated charging solution for e-cars for complex demand situations. In this way, we ensure that our customers are equipped to meet their needs and that the charging infrastructure is implemented quickly.

In order to deepen integration and offer customers further added value, additional areas of value creation are gradually being added. These include the distribution of GHG quotas for e-cars by a partner, the planting of new young trees as a benefit for reliably charging existing customers or the option of leasing an entire charging infrastructure for e-cars in the property via a partner bank. Further value-added services are planned.

Further large-scale development projects, which should lead to new products and functions for our customers, are in the concrete planning phase. The most important projects include the integration of other functions that are in high demand and whose market entry is foreseeable, such as dynamically adapting electricity tariffs for the cost optimization of charging processes and the integration of solar energy through PV surplus charging in one's own property in order to make private charging at home as convenient and sustainable as possible for residents.

Our first fee-based service module "Pre-Check" for electromobility in real estate serves as a compact feasibility study and site analysis for properties of all kinds in order to show interested parties basic options for further steps.

As soon as requested by the customer and based on the results of the pre-check in real estate, the specialist planning is carried out in order to enable a precise presentation of the individual items and costs and to map the scope of a specific charging solution as realistically as possible for the order.

Through the operational implementation and installation of the physical components of the charging infrastructure with the help of a qualified specialist company, we guarantee proper and safe implementation.

The customer receives all the necessary hardware directly from Chargetic, including the desired charging hardware, such as an intelligent charging station, the charging cable and the RFID transponder. All components are sourced exclusively from established European companies.

The Chargetic Lademeister is a specially developed software solution for the operation and billing of a charging infrastructure. It allows us to monitor the most important functions, monitor the charging solution, rectify errors remotely, install updates and create new users.

Throughout the entire project cycle and after the project has been completed, the Chargetic team is always available to answer any questions and deal with customer requests. Our customers and end users therefore have a single point of contact for their project and for all questions.
