Dürr CTS (Clean Technology Systems) is a leading global supplier of environmental technology for industrial applications. The company develops and supplies customized solutions in the areas of exhaust air purification, noise control and decentralized power generation from waste heat.
With around 1,300 employees in 12 countries, Dürr CTS supports its customers worldwide in reducing emissions, using energy more efficiently and making production processes more sustainable.
With more than 60 years of experience in industrial environmental technology, Dürr CTS was formerly part of the Dürr Group. In 2024, Dürr CTS achieved sales of over 400 million euros. The company has been operating as an independent company since November 2025. Stellex Capital Management holds 75 percent of the shares and the Dürr Group continues to hold 25 percent.
