Conception - Planning - Implementation
Eberspächer Environmental Solutions accompanies industrial companies step by step from the initial problem analysis to the running, optimized exhaust air system.
At the beginning, the problem, processes and exhaust air data are recorded on site - if necessary, supplemented by air technology measurements, 3D scans and CFD flow simulations. On this basis, EES develops several solution concepts with suitable technologies and then takes over the detailed planning, tendering and evaluation of manufacturer offers.
During implementation, EES supports the realization, commissioning and acceptance of the system and, if desired, also takes care of maintenance and servicing. The working method follows a clear common thread: precise and energy-efficient recording of pollutants, well thought-out system planning, manufacturer-independent technology selection and a balanced, energy-optimized air balance.

Odor reduction - Eco-Cube
The Eco-Cube is a compact photolysis system for reducing odors in industrial exhaust air, which effectively breaks down odors with the help of activated oxygen and hydroxyl radicals. The system is fed with ambient air using special high-efficiency UV lamps (excimer lamps), the ozone-air mixture generated is fed into the exhaust air flow in the bypass, where it oxidizes odorous compounds to CO₂, water and oxygen.
Its advantages: Plug & play, very low maintenance, low operating costs, no use of chemicals, no contaminated waste, compact design, low energy requirements, easy to retrofit into existing systems and no additional pressure loss. In addition to odors, the system also reduces VOCs and grease deposits.
The Eco-Cube is suitable for many areas of application with light to medium odors - e.g. plastics, food and building materials industries, animal husbandry, gastronomy, waste treatment plants or asphalt recycling - and can also be used to extend the service life of activated carbon filters.

Odor reduction bitumen processing
Odor reduction in the processing of bitumen. The odor level after a wet separator is still several thousand GE/m³ (odor units) and is reduced to a value <500GE/m³ (>90%) using four Eco-Cubes.
