*About InnoLinTec:* We at InnoLinTec bring semiconductor knowledge as well as embedded and OSS/Linux experience and thus enable innovative and sustainable solutions for our customers - for data-based embedded systems.

Our experts are sought after as software developers by the industry, especially for the application fields of graphics/audio/video/visualization, networks/communication/data processing, efficiency enhancement of embedded systems and security. (Of course, we are also available for standard tasks such as BSP, Yocto, driver development incl. downstreaming/upstreaming ;-)

Our profession is not only in industrialization - we are also strong in prototyping and support our customers as a manufacturer-independent consultant in the selection of the appropriate embedded system as well as subsequently through the development of the software. Together, we ensure that hardware and software are perfectly coordinated, sustainable and future-proof!

Our developers have many years of expertise in their fields and have been working with open operating systems and embedded systems for decades in some cases. And the idea of having a reliable, curated, sustainable and always innovative way to drive digital solutions forward with OSS is an idea that unites us all.

In addition to memberships in relevant organizations [electrosuisse, OSADL, OSBA, zephyr, RISC-V, microTecSW, Forschungsnetzwerke Energie, SPE], we also maintain collaborations with companies for rapid prototyping as well as manufacturers for Linux-oriented industrial PCs [SBC, CoM, etc.]

*About me:* I myself have worked for various semiconductor companies since the beginning of my professional career.

Besides the first steps with microcontrollers, software and operating systems, I then concentrated on analog & power components, later I added sensor technology and motor control, as well as RF and various communication devices. In each case in various positions, some of which built on each other (development, PL, PjM, PdM, management,...).

And always with a holistic view of the entire application, both internally and externally.
